I can’t say enough about how cool Skillshare is. The site provides an opportunity to expand and fine tune my design capabilities. Very affordable classes are offered that address branding, typography, digital illustration, hand-lettering, web and more and are taught by top notch leaders in the design field. I recently tackled a class that dealt with illustrating my day through originally created icons. We were asked to list our day in 20 steps, then sketch ideas for how those actions could be made into simple icons and then take those sketches and vectorize them. The following is my final result and a bit of my process:
